You must be a logged-in full member to submit a calendar item.

  • To add a calendar item, click on the "calendar" top menu item.
  • Select a category, then "add an event."
  • There are two tabs here, "Common" and "Calendar." Using the "Common" tab, give your event a name, under "subject."
  • Choose a category. (Use "default" if your desired category does not exist yet.)
  • In the green box, type a description of your event.
  • Use the "location," "Contact," and "Extra Info" boxes if desired.
  • Using the "Calendar" tab, select the date and time for your event.
  • Click "save."

You'll see the message, "Your event has been saved and is under review." After approval, your event will be shown in the calendar.
